The product is good, the finishing is very beautiful and the remote control has all device's functionality.
I had an issue with the product, I bought from Amazon and it didn't work as I expected. I couldn't do anything as advertised in the product description. I contacted the Cirago support and they couldn't solve my problem. They ask me to do RMA, but they said I had to pay both shipping (to send the product and to receive it back), the total was almost a half of what I paid for the product. NO WAY! I knew it was not a hardware problem, so I had to open it (avoiding the warranty), debugged the problem and fix it by myself.
My complain is about the Cirago's support, they should care more about the customer, try to understand their problems and give them simple solutions.
Other thing I didn't like is related with the firmware, it is not updated so often, they have been released only two firmware versions until now. They should add and release new firmwares with new functionalities frequently.
Besides all this, after I fixed the product it started working as I expected.
500GB of storage, I can store all my medias inside it.
It has HD spin down functionality to save energy.
The NAS functionality is good, but we cannot rename the shared folders.
As it has a Linux OS inside, we can add more programs on it as torrent download manager, apache+php server (I did it because my product warranty was void, may be if you do that you will void the warranty).
You can also access it over the network using the Telnet protocol.
